General Home Inspection
A general home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of a property's visible and accessible components. The purpose is to identify any looming problems, safety hazards or code violations that need to be addressed before buying or selling a property. A typical inspection includes the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as doors, windows, walls, and ceilings. This is not an exhaustive inspection. A representative number of items (1x per room) will be inspected where multiple instances of a particular item exists (i.e. outlets, cabinets, etc.).

Manufactured Home Inspection

Our signature service! Unlike a General Home Inspection, where only a representative number of items per room is assessed for the overall condition of the home, a Whole Home Inspection gets more detailed. We will check every accessible outlet, cabinet, drawer, etc., in order to give you the most comprehensive amount of information about your home! It may be overkill, but you never know what you'll find in older homes. So, let us find it for you!
